1. Return Policy
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
Note: We do not accept returns for items purchased during sale or promotional offers.
2. Exchange Policy
We offer easy exchanges if you received a wrong size, design, or a defective product.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.

Worn, washed, or damaged products due to customer handling
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In case of exchanges for size/design issues, we may charge a nominal re-shipping fee.
